Illuminate Artists Agency has introduced the Illuminate Artist Development Program, a new initiative led by the agency’s founder and senior agent, Valdano Terzić.

The program offers eight private, 60-minute remote sessions designed to help emerging artists develop their music, define career objectives, and identify opportunities within the electronic music industry.

According to Terzić, the initiative follows an initial testing period involving three rising acts, whose experiences helped shape the program’s structure and practical approach.

Drawing on 15 years of experience across artist management, booking, talent buying, marketing, publicity, and creative direction, Terzić aims to provide participants with guidance tailored to their individual projects.

His professional background includes working with artists such as Dirty South, Marsh, Matthias Tanzmann, wAFF, Detlef, Adrian Lux, Sem Jacobs, Fur Coat, Enamour, and Nox Vahn, among others.

The program covers eight areas of artist development, beginning with an assessment of each participant’s music, existing catalogue, and professional goals.

Additional sessions address brand identity, audience development, digital presence, content strategy, release planning, label outreach, and booking preparation. The process concludes with a personalized 90-day roadmap outlining priorities, milestones, and ways to measure progress.

Each session combines individual guidance with practical assignments intended to help participants apply the strategies discussed. Where appropriate, Terzić may also facilitate introductions within his professional network.

The agency has also announced an introductory enrollment incentive. Artists who enroll by October 22nd, 2026, will receive two additional sessions at no extra cost, expanding the standard eight-session program to ten.

Artists interested in participating are encouraged to introduce themselves, share links to their music, and outline their professional objectives when contacting the agency.
