Website and server protocols
When 320.fm is accessed, the web server processes technically required connection data. This includes, in particular, the IP address, time of access, requested URL, HTTP method, status code, amount of data transferred, referrer and information about the browser and operating system.
The processing serves to deliver the website, ensure the stability and security of operation, analyze errors and prevent abusive access. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the safe and reliable operation of the offer.
Own range measurement on 320.fm
320 FM operates its own server-side analysis module. It is not affiliated with advertising networks and does not sell usage data. When accessing public pages, visitor and session identifiers, IP address, user agent, referrer, URL accessed including query parameters, time and technical response data can be processed.
In addition, browser, browser version, operating system, device type, language, time zone, screen and viewport size, UTM parameters as well as location and network information derived from the IP address such as country, region, city, approximate coordinates, ASN and Internet provider can be stored To recognize a browser, the analysis module sets the HTTP-only cookies 320fm_vid with a maximum duration of 400 days and 320fm_sid with a duration of 30 minutes. Logged in studio users and access identified as bots are excluded from this evaluation.
The processing serves the technical analysis, reach and usage assessment as well as the editorial and functional improvement of 320.fm. The legal basis for personal processing is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data will not be used for personalized advertising.
Radio stream
When you start the 320 FM live stream, a connection to the streaming system is established. Technically necessary connection data is generated, in particular IP address, time, stream or mount accessed and technical client information.
This data is required to deliver the stream, monitor technical operation, detect errors and evaluate the range values of the radio program.
Newcomer DJ applications
If you apply as a newcomer DJ at 320 FM, we will process the data you provide for editorial review, communication, possible broadcast planning and - if accepted - for the preparation and broadcast of your set.
In particular, the DJ/artist name, optionally your real name, e-mail address, city, musical genres, Social/Artist link, your message, file name and technical file information as well as the uploaded DJ set. The set is initially stored in a private, non-publicly accessible storage area.
No 320-FM user account is created for the status page. The current session only contains the assignment to your application. For later renewed access, the email address and a randomly generated application number are used.
After receipt and in the event of significant status changes, we send transactional emails to the address provided, in particular to confirm receipt, acceptance, broadcast planning, broadcast or rejection. If accepted, the set can be transferred to the intended streaming infrastructure for broadcast planning and broadcasting.
The data will be stored for as long as it is necessary for selection, planning, communication, broadcasting and proof of the broadcasting authorization granted or for as long as there are legal retention obligations.
Contact form and direct communication
If you use the contact form, we process the information you enter, in particular your name, email address, selected area, subject and message. The data will only be used to process your request and for internal forwarding to the responsible department at 320 FM.
Depending on the content, processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b or lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the orderly and comprehensible processing of incoming inquiries.
The data provided in the form will not be used for advertising and will not be passed on to third parties without necessity. Technical connection data can be processed as part of general server logging.
Sessions, PWA and local storage
Session cookies and local storage mechanisms can be used for technically necessary functions. This includes, in particular, session states, player functions, the newcomer application session and settings that are required for the display or an installed progressive web app.
Local data generally remains on your device unless it is transferred to the server for an online function you use.
