David Penn has built an extensive career as a producer, DJ, and founder of Urbana Recordings. Ranked by Beatstats as Beatport’s No. 1 house music artist of all time, he has performed at venues including Hï Ibiza, Pacha, Amnesia, and Club Chinois, while releasing music through labels such as Defected Records, Toolroom, and Fool’s Paradise.

His discography includes collaborations with Vintage Culture and Raphaella, alongside a recent anniversary rework of ‘Nighttrain’, originally released in 1995 under his Kadoc alias.

More recently, David Penn released ‘Satisfy My Soul’ through Urbana Recordings. Built around a rediscovered sample from his personal library, the single combines classic M1 organ sounds with 1990s-inspired house drums.
